Hi my name is Dottie and I’m curreny being fostered in CT awaiting my special forever family. The thing is I’m deaf, but I don’t let this slow me down, I know how to sit and down with hand commands and I’m also great in my crate alone. I know I’m not supposed to potty inside either so I always wait until my foster momma lets me out. I love to play with other dogs and I love to chase things! I love to chase bubbles! The other thing about me is that before the nice people came and found me I was outside alone in a rural area and I was sooo hungry. I actually thought I wasn’t going to make it much longer so when I first arrived in CT I was protective of my food. Because my foster has been so patient with me I have learned that I will always get food now. She took me to a professional class where I let the nice man take treats away from me! I’m so eager to learn. But for this reason my foster family thinks a family without kids or with older kids would be best. Also someone willing to continue my training.
